SSL Electrical have over 20 years of experience in the commercial and industrial sectors and are approved by Rolec Services to bring that wealth of knowledge and expertise to domestic electric vehicle charging point installations.
Rolec Services carry Europe’s widest range of electrical vehicle charging stations and, under the government’s EVHS grant scheme, funding is currently available for 75% of the cost (up to a maximum of £350) toward domestic installations.

We are fully qualified under the government’s EVHS scheme and are approved installers for Rolec Services, who carry Europe’s widest range of electrical vehicle charging stations, to supply you with a fantastic range of options whatever your EV charging needs should be. The EVHS scheme has been altered in April 2020 and now allows for funding of 75% toward the cost of purchase and installation costs of sockets, capped at a maximum grant of £350 per socket. The maximum number of sockets claimable has increased from 20 to 40 (across all sites).

Our services range from installation of a socket outlet within a domestic residence through to lighting and power installations within large manufacturing warehouses and retail businesses. Whatever your requirements we can support your needs.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
We are part of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installations Contracting. As a part of their approved contractor scheme you are assured that we undertake design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical installations to BS 7671.
We are also a member of the domestic installer covering Part P of the Building Regulations, establishing electrical installation safety standards for domestic properties.
This scheme is designed for contractors completing domestic installation work in accordance with the Building Regulations. The scheme covers low or extra low voltage work including design, installation and certification.
